Important note: To tailor the program to your goals, the class format and pricing will be discussed during a 15-minute assessment before starting group or private lessons.
1 ONLINE SMALL GROUP CLASSES

You will train 2 to 3 times a week in a small group (up to 10 people)

Classes will be 1 hour long, with a focus on movement and compound lifts.

We will use levers, tension techniques, and body positioning for exercise progressions and regressions.

We will incorporate flexibility and mobility training into our warm-ups as a way to unlock movement and improve athletic performance

2 PERSONALIZED TRAINING

Online private lessons.

Customized goals, such as fat loss, muscle gain, or sports performance.

I will closely monitor your progress and maintain open communication with you for technical guidance and personalized adjustments to the program I have developed for you.

Private lessons for groups of 2-3 people can be discussed.

With Pedro's guidance, I was able to improve my technique for safer and more frequent training. Pedro is a thoughtful, experienced, and generous instructor. Due to some old injuries and my age (41), I am prone to knee and back pain flare-ups. Pedro corrected some details of my technique that helped me avoid back pain and provided regressions that allowed me to keep training while my knees calmed down. MY JOURNEY
Pedro Barbieri is a certified personal trainer, an active Strongfirst Kettlebell and Bodyweight instructor, and the owner of Wolf Training Journey.
​
Pedro started his physical training journey in the martial arts, in Brazil. Over the years he had the opportunity to train and teach under one of the most experienced kickboxing and kung-fu masters in the country.
​
After over a decade of training, Pedro discovered kettlebells and the method systematized by Pavel Tsatsouline for strength training using them. The method focused on a combination of skill-building, diligent practice, movement, and minimalism, which was akin to the routines developed and implemented in his home country, by his master.
​
Adopting these ideas and applying them to his students has been a way to bring the benefit of old school martial arts methods to the general public, which is not necessarily interested in participating in contact sports, but wants to get stronger, move better, and become more resilient physically and mentally.
​
Pedro invests all his time, energy and attention into perfecting his craft. He sought the tutelage of the best instructors in the continent, learned different tools and took multiple certifications while teaching hundreds of students of all ages and backgrounds internationally in the process. He is passionate about guiding people towards happier, more fulfilling lives using nothing but simple tools and a small corner of their house.
